Thank you for making our first STM Spooktacular absolutely spectacular! Saturday was a gorgeous day…we couldn’t have asked for better weather. And all who participated, whether it was by running, walking, volunteering, dressing up, cheering, fundraising or donating, made the event a huge success and a ton of fun. A special thank you goes to Leggetts for hosting a killer after-party with delicious food and spirited atmosphere.

We had over 700 participants in the 4-mile Fun Run…and so many had such awesome costumes! (Our costume judges had a tough job.)

Watching the start along the beach was breathtaking, especially after hearing the National Anthem sung beautifully by Brielle-raised, Chris Pinella. Thank you, Chris!

 Congratulations to our race winners!
1st place male – Tom Brown
2nd place male – Ken Thomson
3rd place male – Landon Legrand
1st place female – Dactelia Booth
2nd place female – Chelsea Brady
3rd place female – Alison Soltis

Thanks to all of you who fund raised and donated, we exceeded our goal raising a total of $28,000!

A special thank you to our top fundraisers:
              • Tara Healy (The Silver Fox)
              • Melanie Radeschi a.k.a. Flynn
              • Kristin Ward

A big THANK YOU to our sponsors

Thanks to all of you who donated, participated and fund raised, Stomp the Monster will be able to directly help at least 70 patients in our area with bills for transportation to treatments, rent, food, and other expenses. By easing their burden a little, patients can focus more on their recovery and the fight against their cancer.

We received such wonderful feedback about our 50+ volunteers, and we cannot thank our volunteers enough for taking their time to make the Spooktacular come together and give the participants an incredible experience. Thank you to the USA National Miss NJ Jr Teen Alyssa Lego & her sister queens for their help in promoting the fun run and volunteering their time.

A special thank you to Kendra Ziegler, a fighter currently stomping her own monster, for being our race “official”. Kendra, you expressed such enthusiasm despite all you have been going through to fight your cancer. Your spirit was infectious and we are all grateful to you!

Thank you to everyone again for making the first ever Stomp the Monster Spooktacular a success!
Looking forward to seeing you all next year!
Save the Date – Saturday, October 22, 2016!
